They sent me to the Verizon store in the mall. Trevor was kind and patient. It took over an hour to get the phone up and running; and I was very grateful he was determined to get the job done despite the numerous technological issues at Verizon headquarters. It was refreshing to see someone who was clearly dedicated to his job and the customer. This store should consider itself very lucky to have an asset like Trevor. His work ethic should be applauded.
