    Very unorganized Apple Store with no sense of direction or structure. Genesis, one of the employees, was extremely rude and incompetent, and does not represent the level of service you’d expect from Apple. What should have been a quick visit turned into over an hour in the store on a non-busy day due to the lack of structure and leadership. Jacob was also unable to provide much help. Overall, a frustrating experience. I’d recommend avoiding this location if possible

    I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Apple Store thanks to Adam. I originally came in because my Apple Watch, which I’ve had for quite some time, recently started glitching and I knew it was time to replace it. From the moment Adam began helping me, he was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I found the right watch for my needs. He took the time to walk me through the different models, explain the features, and help me understand the differences so I could make the best decision. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured — just supported and well informed. What really stood out was how effortless he made the entire process. Adam’s professionalism, patience, and friendly approach turned what could have been a routine purchase into a truly great customer experience. The transaction was seamless from start to finish, and I walked out feeling confident and excited about my new watch. Customer service like this is exactly why people love shopping at Apple. Adam is a true asset to the store, and I’m very grateful for his help.

    Love this place as soon as you walk in your meat by a apple specialist, my gentleman name was (Mike) he took care of me. Dropped my phone off. Do one thing he told me my battery had to be changed cause it was draining my phone had a brand new battery. My phone is doing better. Now he took his time almost an hour to figure out my problem with my phone, and I was happy when I left.

    Terrible. My NFC antennae on my iPhone 17 is not working. 7.5 hours later, my NFC antennae is still not working. They ran a hardware diagnostic and said the hardware was okay. Then they took my phone for 2.5 hours and when I got it back, they said they replaced the hardware. When I tried to log into Apple, it froze and after waiting around for someone for 25 minutes, he said restart it. So I went on my own to restart and that worked. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to test the antennae because that would mean wait around for another person for another 25 minutes or so. Wish I did though because did they even do anything? Except reset my phone and I have to redownload and re-login to everything. Wasted my whole day just waiting around for my phone to be passed anongst different people.

    I visited the Apple Store today to purchase an iPhone, but unfortunately I left without buying anything due to the poor customer service. The sales associate either did not have sufficient knowledge about the iPhone or showed no real interest in assisting me. Instead of properly answering my questions, I was told that I needed to make an appointment. I was not there for a consultation — I was ready to purchase a phone. The overall attitude and approach were disappointing. As a customer, I did not feel valued or supported. Because of this experience, I decided to buy from another store instead. For me, customer service comes first. From a brand like Apple, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care. I sincerely hope management takes steps to improve staff training and customer service standards.
