    I went to this store to replace my daughter's air pods and the store representative only replace one air pod after inspecting both air pods. When we got home we noticed that the other air pod was damaged and the apple store should have replace both and not just one. I didn't know that apple representative would lack of fundamental when inspecting devices, I guess i have make sure next time you do your job!

    I had an amazing experience at the Apple Store in Roosevelt Field Mall thanks to Jacob. From the moment he helped me, his positive attitude, great sense of humor, and genuine kindness made the whole visit enjoyable and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. Jacob is a perfect example of outstanding customer service—Apple is lucky to have him!

    Some sales girls needs to check on their attitudes. I purchased a phone and what I asked for a bag, the sales girl immediately told me that they don't have it. Then right after when I asked another salesperson, that person went ahead and got me a bag for my phone. Sometimes it feels like, these salespersons and some employees in the Apple store are like robots. They don't want to go out of their way to service a customer. It's probably because of the demand. They do not want to spend a second more than what is needed to make a sale.

    "Repair Runaround" repairs-complete nightmare. I came in just to get a simple screen fix, and it was hands down the worst retail experience I've had. Despite having an appointment, I sat around for 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I finally talked to someone, they explain me about apple care and They ran a "diagnostic" that took forever, and told the phone is going to be ready like in half hour and I was like alright, I’ll be back in the time. And I came back at that time guess what: The repair is not ready yet, and they told me 10 more minutes and it took 3 more hours why they didn't tell me the truth, they just kept saying "10 minutes." It feels like they intentionally make the repair process as difficult just to force you into buying a new model I guess This isn't "service," it's a high-end shakedown. Save your breath and go to a third-party shop that --tually wants to fix your ↓ phone, worse manager ever too… she told me I’ll be back and she never came back to me… If I had the opportunity to give 0 stars, I would, but unfortunately, I have to give at least one by law…

    Store is very unprofessional. Made a appointment for 7pm to get phone repaired. Checked in 10 minutes early. 40 minutes passed no one checked in with me. Waiting at the table where I was instructed, I go buy to ask an associate if someone can help me as I’ve been here before everyone and they’re all being helped. He told me to change tables and wait 10 minutes. 10 minutes and still no help, I go an ask a different associate may I please speak with the manager and I was refused to speak to the manager. An associate finally comes to me at 8pm. 1 hour after my appointment. Just for them to tell me I have to leave my phone over night or mail it to you guys for 5 days?! to repair a broken glass, to which I called earlier in day to confirm if it can be fixed same day and was told yes.zBut now because I was never helped, while many associates are gathered talking amongst themselves while many wait. It’s the worse experience I’ve had I’m left speechless. As I wasted my night for nothing at this location.
