Estimated waiting time was 1hr, they notified me 45min later, but I did not have a functional phone so I went back 1hr as I was told. They did not give me any hard time and I was directed to the waiting area right away. I waited about 45min and asked for an updated wait time before someone can actually help me, I was told a tech started my appt in the system about 25min ago, but no one ever called my name. They apologized and sent me a tech immediately. Diagnostics took about 5min, then I was given a wait time of an hour to pick up my phone after repair. Returned a little earlier than said time and my phone was ready, tech answered more questions as I was picking up. Everyone who helped me today was extremely friendly, although they did seem like they were drowning from how busy they were. I would definitely come back to this location when I need help.

- TMTyler MendesOct 17, 20251.0I had an appointment to fix my phone at the apple store in Roosevelt Field mall and the associate was unable to help and advised we needed to send the phone in for repair and said the phone was two years old and refused to go under warranty. I have the order from my local service provider showing it was a year old and he refused to apply the warranty an insisted i had to pay since i had an i phone 15 and it was 2 years old. One of the biggest companies here in the US and they go buy the phones manufacturer date and not when the phone was purchased ? This is an unethical business practice. i paid 830 for a phone plus tax and the store wanted me to pay another 400 for a warranty repair?? NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!
