The staff was absolutely amazing at this place I came in with my dog and was so stressed and upset Dr.Kraneburg was absolutely amazing she truly cares about your animal and can tell she loves what she does. She has the biggest heart and healed my baby without telling me I have to do all these things and pay all this money. My animals will continue to be in her care forever even if I move out of state I would come back just for her. I can’t thank you enough.

I have been coming here for years with my animals. I have since been coming here and seeing Dr. Kraneburg. I HIGHLY recommend her. Besides being a Veterinarian, she is so caring and will answer any questions you have . I had a very important message for Dr. Kraneburg and even though she was extremely busy, she took the time to call and assist me about my one dog. You will be in good hands with Dr. Kraneburg !

This place played a role in my fur baby's death. Two years of struggling to regulate her thyroid, two years of being told labs were "normal" for her hyperthyroidism, two years of no other treatment options or imaging offered or specialist referrals. After a scare where she was stumbling and acting funny, we rushed her to an emergency vet where they found red flags in her blood work and another severe spike in her thyroid levels, once again her med dose was increased and my own vet from here agreed. Well she got worse, come to find out that very medication was poisoning her, which was evident in her blood work but at the time i didnt know. Thanks to the already damaged liver from drug toxicity and other factors, she went into multi organ failure and i lost her, my velcro cat, my best friend.. Remember to advocate for your pet sooner rather than later, cause these people sure wont. 15 years me and my family have been coming here, 4 other cats we brought here.. they chose the wrong one to neglect.

I have taken all of my animals to the same vet for the past 27 years a year and a half ago I lost both my two labs a year apart. I couldn’t bring myself to bring my cat to that vet office anymore so I decided to do some research on a new vet and came across VCA animal Hospital in Farmingville. I set up an appointment for my cat in who has been having some urinary issues there I met Dr.KraneBurg Her bedside manner from my sweet kitty was extraordinary. We did some testing and found out that my poor baby had stones in his bladder. She sent me on my way with amoxicillin and some pain medication. Three days later Leah was like a brand new person. Extra cuddly, extra affectionate and smiling from ear to ear She is such a kind, gentle soul and Madison at the front desk was a sweetheart as well. I look forward to bringing Leo back to see all of his new friends as he loved them and they loved him.
