She stayed past closing without hesitation and dealt with all of our questions and concerns professionally. She was super honest and upfront about everything, exactly how we are. We ended up switching carriers because of her. I will definitely come back, as long as she's on shift! Highly recommend!

I expected to have to get a different phone but they never told me they were changing me to a more expensive plan, they never mentioned the extra 40 dollar charge, and they certainly didnt mention that I wouldn't be able to change my plan without losing the trade in value for my phone. Hopefully they will let me return this phone because it is not worth it. However I live 25 hour drive away and so we shall see...
