I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others think twice before wasting their time here.

I had purchased a new phone for my elderly mom who lives in the Elmira area. I went in to transfer the information from her old iPhone to a Samsung A16, and to update her plan. To be honest, I was not looking forward to this task, as I have heard it could take a few hours. Bobby was professional, kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable.
