I transferred five lines from AT&T and had to return to the store five times in one week due to repeated mistakes and carelessness. At one point, my parents were unable to receive calls for an entire day after an in-store visit. During tonight’s visit I was told by a female associate that the line transfer would take 15–30 minutes it didn’t. After over an hour with no progress, I had to delete the AT&T eSIM myself just to stop receiving calls on both phones. I then had to return again when my new Verizon phone stopped receiving calls, to the same associate who couldn’t care enough to verify that everything was working before I left and who on top of everything had an attitude ! This is very basic service and should always be verified. Extremely frustrating start with this company.
