I went in to upgrade my plan, and instead of helping me, the staff told me to call customer service. When I called, the phone representative told me to go back to the store. When I returned, the store supervisor started yelling at the customer service agent on the phone, blaming each other instead of fixing the issue. After going back and forth between the store and phone support, no one was able to resolve a simple problem. I wasted my time, received zero solutions, and witnessed unprofessional behavior from the staff. If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. This store seriously needs better training, organization, and respect for customers. I do not recommend coming here for anything important.

Steven turned my whole mood around. I felt as if I knew him for years. He was so honest and helpful and he made everything so convenient. He really did go above and beyond for us.
