I arrive at 12:30 at the apple , we didn’t reserve a day ahead so the schedule is tight , and we have a little longer wait. And the services I got from the beautiful , well trained super woman , was helping and sorting out problems with her professionalism. Within 35 min she fix 2 phones problems and explained about replacing the AirPod. And we ask for pricing and she suggested right what we should do. It is the valued services we have received today and I promise we will loyal to this store from now on. Her name is {Tamara} .
