  Just changing the battery took over an hour. They gave me a specific time, but couldn’t keep their promise. When I asked them to double-check, they said “in 5 minutes”… but it turned out to be a very long 5 minutes lol. They damaged the screen, and gave me a new one. The crew didn’t explain about switching phone, so now my phone is useless.

  One sales guy was trying to trick me to buy apple care, then this Genius Bar guy was pretty much scolding me and being snarky for me trying to repair my iPhone. I had changed my battery and he kept telling me the reason I have Bluetooth issue is because of me putting a third party battery (I had put a new apple battery) and I kept telling him it’s been happening for a year and I just changed the battery last week so it couldn’t be that but he kept trying to win the argument. Dude was having a power trip. Anyway avoid this middle aged black dude that works there as a technician. The older lady that helped me with the trade in was nice at least. So 2 stars for her.

  This is like my second time experience the employee Sydney. And when I told her that I was having a problem with my AirPod and I wanted a new one fine she told me just leave it in the charging case for 20 to 30 minutes so we could charge to program it so I was explaining it to her that you have to program the AirPod she just told me just wait 20 to 30 minutes and then your program on your phone but that didn’t happen. I came back to the store and another young employee assist me to resolve my problem and she got the job done but Sydney didn’t because Sydney she was being being rushey to me because it looked like she didn’t want it to be there so she was very unprofessional at her job Sydney what type of employee does that to the customers just trying to get the issue resolved…

  I had such a fantastic experience at Apple Queens Center. I went in because my iPhone battery was no longer holding a charge, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The customer service was truly excellent; fast, friendly, and incredibly professional. The team made the battery replacement process easy and stress-free. It’s such a relief to find a store where the staff is not only efficient but also genuinely welcoming. If you need any Apple support or repairs, I highly recommend this location for its outstanding service.

  Tristan from the Genius Bar was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly patient and worked diligently to resolve my senior aunt’s “Find My iPhone” issue. He took the time to clearly explain each step and made sure we fully understood everything along the way. Even though it took a while, he never gave up—and his kindness and dedication truly made my aunt’s day. Such a pleasure to work with!
