You know how crazy it is looking at your Verizon bill and the hours you spend on the phone with customer service. I had issues my phone bill and had no luck with Verizon. I brought it in for Joe to look at, which he told me to do when I updated my phone. He was able to see behind the scenes and saw that I was not getting the discount that I was supposed to get. He called Verizon for me and he was able to fix the error. You don’t just get a phone there, you get help even after the sale. Joe is great and why we will continue to go to this store.

He explained my bill and was completely transparent about any fees, and was so kind! Joseph will now be our go to for anything Verizon in the future. I don’t mind traveling further (30 minutes away) to get the amazing service he provided us with. I was having trouble adding my fios account information to get an additional discount. I have called the Verizon main number many times, and tried doing it myself multiple times over the past year and could never get it to work… but, guess who was able to fix it! Yes! Joseph did! Joseph wouldn’t give up, and continued to help us get all the perks that would give us the best experience. Go to this store, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you again Joeseph! You are a good egg!
