Lucas helped resolve a problem with voicemails not being delivered that had been going on for over a year and he did it in about 15 minutes! I had previously wasted countless hours many times with on line representatives, and employees at other stores with shitty attitudes that never fixed the problem. If the executives at Verizon wanted to do something good for their business they would reach out to this Lucas kid and offer him an irrefusable amount of money and give him full authority to go a around and train/quality check every other Verizon employee you have. Customer service was exceptional from Lucas, his knowledge and ability to fix an important problem was also way above average! If I was running a service based business I would have bribed him to come work for me that day! Thank you Lucas!!!
