    I would personally avoid this location if possible. I've been pretty disheartened and frustrated with Verizon and it's support team as of recent. Last year I bought a new Pixel 7 phone. This month I noticed I couldn't access voice messages anymore. I was told that there were multiple updates that didn't go through and it was likely a software issue. Was also told that the phone was an older model (yet the salesman last year sold it to me as an amazing device and was happy to collect quite a bit of money on it). The decision was to get a new phone which I did. I spent three and half hours in the store the day before Thanksgiving waiting on the transfer of data and media from one phone to another. Went home but noticed my texts were missing and did not transfer. Went back the Friday after and did yet another transfer. Everything looked ok in the store but I later noticed that a lot of videos were missing (and even still some texts). Never got them back. I was told all was backed up. Nonsense. Dealt with phone support for two hours the other night and had no resolution other than to send me to a data store to see if they could provide support. "There is a light here" I was told on the phone. No joke. Just came back from the data store on Central Avenue after the agent told me he had no idea why I was sent to him if I don't have my old phone. Extremely frustrating situation not to mention exhausting and upsetting. I will not return to this branch as I just simply don't trust the team there anymore. Look elsewhere. And consider another servicer other than Verizon. They aren't what they used to be.

    This Verizon store is great. It’s organized, fully stocked, and the staff is very knowledgeable. It was the best experience I’ve had from a phone service store. They seemed to want to help, and they put my screen protectors on perfectly, which I’m not great at! If you want exceptional customer service (honesty), go to the Dobbs Ferry Verizon. It’s off the Saw Mill Parkway right before the Dobbs Ferry exit.
