  I rarely comment, but I wanted to share my experience this time! Before Christmas, Verizon had a promotion. We signed up for a plan with four phones on one line. Besides paying for the four phones, we were told we'd get two free iPads for only $6.50 a month for a three-year contract. The store manager kept encouraging us to participate. After paying $140 in taxes and service fees, we received the two iPads. However, when the bill came recently, it showed that the iPads would cost an extra $48 a month. When we went back to inquire, they changed their story. I'm shocked that such a large company would resort to such deceptive tactics to cheat consumers! I want to return these two iPads, but after three visits to the store, they always made excuses. Today, I waited for three hours before they finally agreed to the return, but they refused to refund the iPad tax they had previously deducted. However, the company's customer service clearly told us that we could get a full refund of the $140 fee they had charged. This manager is really disgusting. He said different stores have different practices, which is really disgusting. Later, I told him that I would call the credit card company to get the refund, and only then did he agree to refund me $85. I think they are discriminating against people like us who don't speak English very well. We will continue to complain to the company until we receive our legal rights. Now I will absolutely not recommend anyone I know to use any services from this company!
