Beyond miserable experience. They sell broken headsets ($400 mind you), and when you try to exchange it their employees are way too focused on speed, and process a refund instead. Appreciate that, no headset and no $400 for two weeks! How lovely.

I went in looking for a gaming computer & the tech was extremely helpful. Took time to talk to me to find out what my price range was & exactly what I was looking for. I went in about 20 min b4 they were due to close & he still made sure he explained things to me without rushing me out the door. I left with everything I needed without going broke!

I’ve been dealing with Best Buy for years, to be completely honest, I’m going to stop, I purchased 2 IPads, traded one in, in return I got a gift card that didn’t have the monetary value of the iPad I traded in, the associates was just standing there while the one that was assisting me was struggling, I had to go back to see what the issue was with the gift card, come to find out, it was the wrong gift card, I still haven’t heard from anyone at that Best Buy to replace the gift card, unbelievable customer service and I work with people everyday.
