Louis, the store manager was excellent!! Kenneth Starling was really great as well. They were tending to lots of walk ins and phone calls, but handling everything very professionally and made us feel taken care of. Luis put the effort in to find us the best plan for the best deal while upgrading an old phone. We have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and it was nice to have this be our latest interaction with the folks who are boots on the ground at the store locations. Highly recommend this location in Delmar, NY . Thank you again guys.
