- MFMelissa FerraroJan 23, 20265.0Tony was so helpful. If you have to go to Verizon, I highly recommend going to this Cornwall location. I had gone to the vails gate location and received nothing but grief. The sales associate didn't listen to me at all and consistently badgered me to buy a phone that I told them I didn't want! When I kept saying I had the old version of that phone and didn't like it, she kept blaming it on how old the phone was. Then she tried to get me to have my whole family upgrade to get the best deal. I was so frustrated, I just left without a phone. Then I remembered the Cornwall location and was so glad I did! Tony was so informative and helpful, he made my decision for my new phone easy! And he saved us money on our plan, giving us even more than we had before! Like I said, if you need to go to Verizon, go straight to see Tony in Cornwall.
