- JRJiawen RaoNov 24, 20251.0I heard they have the iPhone 16e, and that you can get it for free if you add three months of service. I called the store and a woman picked up. She said they had it, but when I asked how much it costs, she immediately hung up on me. Over the next hour, I called two more times and my boyfriend also called once, but no one answered. While we were on our way to the store, that same woman stopped answering completely, and even after 1–2 hours she still didn’t call us back. When we finally arrived, she suddenly told me that I had to stay with my previous carrier for a few months first. She never explained any of this over the phone, and what she said didn’t sound reliable at all. It really feels like they do this just to trick customers into coming in and wasting their time. None of these requirements are even listed on their website. Total Wireless is really poorly managed.
