If your phone is overheating, call the phone company not your SERVICE provider. Asurion is great for extended warranties and accidental physical damage, because when you buy a new phone youre adjusting to the new size, weight, etc you WILL cause a couple whoopsies here and there. My wife got her phone stolen in Walmart while at checkout and asurion mailed a phone overnight. Huge assistance. ACTIVATION FEES ARE QUITE LITERALLY ON THE QUOTE. YOUVE BOUGHT SERVICE FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND NOT ONCE DID THEY CHARGE ACTIVATION? ARE YOU SURE BUDDY? ITS NOTHING NEW. Thank you guys for the great service and assistance on my new iPhone, verizon team! Best store in the 518.

I called corporate for them to try a few things and tell me “we can’t do anything, you’ll have to go to a store”. I chose the Clifton park store and was greeted by a nice gentleman saying “you can check in on the device there” I was then helped by a lady named Stephanie. She immediately got to work fixing the problem, called the same people I did and figured out the problem-my old service was holding my number hostage. She ensured me it would get ported over by tomorrow morning(per my old phone company) I couldn’t be happier that a solution was found, and here’s to the amazing help I received. Stephanie if you see this, thank you so much for you help!!!!
