They told me I could upgrade for no charge, even if I bought it on their website. The website did end up charging me the upgrade, so I called the store and they said to call customer service, who wouldn't do anything. I called the store back and they said oh yeah, you do get that charge if you do it on our website. ???? So I could have avoided an upgrade fee and having to set up the phone myself if they gave me correct information the first time.

My grandmother has ms and struggles to speak/communicate/understand technology but she went in for help with her phone because I was at work and not available to see if I could switch the SIM cards for her (she wanted to deactivate one and reactive the other) and the girls there AT THE PHONE STORE where they activate phones told her they couldn’t do that there and the second girl said to her “don’t you have someone at home who can help you?” Neither of them assisted her and she went home so upset. I drove the hour to her house after work to help her and she was so sad. I can’t believe those girls work there.
