We brought my dogs here for 12 years. They have no sense of urgency with anything! They were casual when my dog symptoms of Cushing and never formally diagnosed him or treated him for it. And when my other dog had urine stains on her from leaking urine they asked if our other dog was peeing on her. We switched vet offices finally and are incredibly satisfied with our new place. I highly recommend avoiding this place!

I've been bringing my cat here for 10 years. I've since moved from Clifton Park but the service has always been superb so I drive in from Albany. You can tell that the veterinarians and staff really care about animals!

These people really drag their feet in time sensitive matters. My 13-year-old dog has raised liver enzymes and has for about a month. We’ve tried and medication for treating an infection not liver raise enzymes. Now the doctors finally suggested liver medicine but has yet to prescribe it. I’ve been told that they would call me back yesterday and still have not received A call. I called them again today at 4:30 and was told again that they would remind the doctor. It is going on five and they close at seven. These people do not care and do not move with any sense of urgency.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. Took my cat here when she was starting to decline and they not only misdiagnosed her and had me give her antibiotics for UTI, but the second visit I paid $600 for bloodwork that was unnecessary because she was too far gone. Just like another review on here, I took her to the emergency vet in Latham and they gave me the bad news that she had tumor in her bladder and it would be cruel to not euthanize her. It's been 2+ weeks and they have yet to call me back about the bloodwork results. These inadequate "vets" wanted to send me to a radiologist to get better ultrasounds done because they have one and they supposedly couldn't see anything but they recommended that I go and pay another $600 to get the bad news. I actively avoid chain establishments because they're money hungry, and this "vet" is another reason why.
