- KMKelsey ManciniSep 19, 20251.0Going to preface this by saying my husband worked in a Verizon corporate store for 8 years and managed it for most of that so I know that the way they do things here is not kosher. We were "greeted" by someone who didn't even introduce himself and wrote our name down on a sheet of scrap paper rather than enter it into the queue which is what they're supposed to do but he didn't he didn't want to have his queue wait times to show that they were long. Half an hour later we finally get a message that we're next in the queue which means he finally put us in only as it was actually our turn. The rep came out and did not introduce himself and name tag was backwards so I still couldn't tell you his name. Didn't send us anything to authorize access to our account which is concerning. We asked for a plan comparison if we were to change it and he said he would go print it out. Ten minutes later he comes back with a sticky note that just has a bunch of random numbers scrawled on it and says "it's not worth it." Well that's not really his call but I wouldn't know if it's worth it because he gave us no numbers. We ended up leaving because he was not trustworthy and we did not want him doing anything to our account so we'll take our two phone and two watch upgrades elsewhere.
