The one star is based due to the fact no matter who I seem to try to contact at cricket whether it be the 1-800 customer support number or somebody from the store or a manager from a district no matter who I try to contact they have absolutely zero answers about my payment that they have assured me was returned to my bank. My bank has absolutely no record of this and cricket has failed to provide any evidence that they have sent this money as they say they have
