  My 1 star review/rating is not based on the store or its employees. The one star is based due to the fact no matter who I seem to try to contact at cricket whether it be the 1-800 customer support number or somebody from the store or a manager from a district no matter who I try to contact they have absolutely zero answers about my payment that they have assured me was returned to my bank. My bank has absolutely no record of this and cricket has failed to provide any evidence that they have sent this money as they say they have

  If I could give zero stars I would. I had an awful experience at this store. Came to switch over 4 phones to then and ending up leaving spending more than I was told when I confirmed multiple times the price of everything, one of the phones isn’t even in service and when we tried to go back to get the problem fixed the store was closed way earlier then the sign says. I spent 4 hours in this store trying to switch 4 lines then we had to go and spent another 2 hours at a different cricket to get the one phone turned on because it had no service!! Completely a terrible experience and will not be coming to this cricket again!
