    Came in with a failed Pixel Fold. Manager laughed and said ‘ouch that’s rough.’ Unprofessional and dismissive. Google ended up handling my issue correctly — Verizon didn’t even try. I'll be switching to T Mobile once this issue gets handled.

    When I signed up for my new iPhone I had nothing but problems but I went into the store again last week and spoke to John, he’s the mgr. He told me he would adjust my bill and make it more affordable like I was told. So far, it’s great! I was already to buy the phone and go somewhere else. But, because of John, I’m a happy customer. I love the iPhone 15 I purchased and the service is great so I recommend them.

    WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER, I was so frustrated I cried and the sales rep smiled as he said he couldn’t do anything whole time he could just refusal to help! As a nurse I do customer service as well I would NEVER act the way your sales reps did, I would actually do my job. Actually deserves -5 stars but that wasn’t an option. I had the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD TODAY. I bought the iPhone 17 Pro max, traded in the iPhone 13 and switched lines around on the other 4 lines I pay for. I have an old iPhone that I am locked out of that Asurion told me Verizon could unlock, 1st lie. The rep who helped “activate” the phones left my number on the iPhone 15 & had both me and my son’s numbers on there. I have 2 lines on my 17, I asked my personal to be primary and the business number to be secondary and asked the rep to ensure the highest plan was on my 17 and the 2nd tier to be on the other phone looked at my account on my way to Apple and nothing was correct. After finding out from Apple I had to go back to Verizon the sales rep JOHN smiled happily about not doing anything to help an already frustrating situation, just said call customer service. Whole time I’m in the phone with customer service and they’re saying go to the store.

    The attitude is bad... It's a vampire company. If you want to terminate the contract, they will charge you for decades. Never come here. The manager here doesn't do anything at all. You have to solve everything by yourself. It's a trash company.
