King worked some real magic today in getting our Samsung 25 working once more. It’s a great store with wonderfully helpful employees.

They told me lies about how much I will end up paying every month. My current bill is almost double what I was told I was told that they will waive my activation fee for my lines and they did not, it was a carport store on Walden Avenue and Union Road in Cheektowaga and the Delta Sonic Walden guitar center. I spoke twice with Janice and she told me that they will apply these discount for my account and still nothing happened. I called customer service today and they told me that they cannot do anything and I will end up paying almost like $400 in extra fees and I will not get any credit for anything. Shame on you Verizon. I regret switching to Verizon from Spectrum and I’m still may be thinking about going back to be with Spectrum again stay away from Verizon people.

He told me he would adjust my bill and make it more affordable like I was told. So far, it’s great! I was already to buy the phone and go somewhere else. But, because of John, I’m a happy customer. I love the iPhone 15 I purchased and the service is great so I recommend them.
