Recently, when I had an unusual problem with my purchase, I was told the managers have no authority over the offshore call center. Long story short, I lost a lot of time and money under the false belief I would be better off shopping here than Newegg or Amazon.

Again the gentlemen and lady at the start were great it was just that other person she called over to help me like how can say yes to coming to help a customer and take over 30min?
