The Geek Squad was totally terrible. I told them I work mornings and to schedule a visit to my home after 1:00pm. Trying to get them to accomadant us got nowhere. Called a few times and no one could help me.They either just put me on hold until the call disconnected. So someone just showed up in the morning. We had left a note on the door explain this too. Totally bad customer service.
