My daughter is at school and Verizon stores there told her they couldn’t help her because she didn’t get it from Verizon directly and that TCC would replace it. She’s coming back from school with her dead phone so I called this place where she bought it (tcc) and they told me since it’s been over a month they can’t help. They also was said because she bought it there at their store that the Apple Store also couldn’t help her. You think you are helping yourself by buying local but this absolutely screws you over. Get your phone from a real Verizon store. Again, after one month, you are on your own. We’ve had our phones for approximately 3 months, purchased brand new at TCC.
