  If i could give zero stars I would. Normally I only leave good reviews because I'm not usually a "karen" but I had the absolute worst experience in catskill cricket. I called and spoke to a girl that day mentioning me coming in for an upgrade and a new phone etc. Drove 40 minutes with my husband and 8year old waiting in the car. Right when I walked up to the establishment she was sitting outside on a stool on her phone. Then we proceed to talk about my options which wasn't anything great. She let me use her phone to try and get 0 down which was nice but it needed bank info my social and I didn't feel comfortable so I said I'd pay for the phone in full. I've been with cricket for 8 years and I kept my phone for 6 years and I was in dire need of a new one. Another woman comes in and the clerk proceeds to help her switch over and she was paying 0 down for the new iPhone. That's great, wasn't even mad. She had a good deal. I don't blame her. So I distract myself looking at phone cases. Ear buds etc to purchase as well. The woman said "ring her out so she's not waiting" I told her I'm getting a new phone too. She was stunned just like I was that the clerk completely stopped helping me. I was in there for over an hour. It was completely unprofessional to just stop helping someone that was clearly there first. I walked out and changed phone companies that day because my husband felt so bad. I never get anything for myself and I was finally treating myself with something I need! No thanks to cricket or their clerk. Im so glad I left. Ridiculous fees and unprofessional workers. I received top notch service at freaking Walmart! You lost a loyal customer.
