If I could give a negative stars I would. Worst experience of my life. I specifically said I didn't want the protection plan. The sales person processed the whole order wrong and even got the wrong phone. By the time everything was straightened out he also added in 100 GB mobile hot spot ($10) even though my plan already had unlimited hot spot and he added in the mobile protect ($19) even though I said several times I did not want it. My bill was at $170 when it should have been $139. I've already had verizon update it and they graciously refunded me for the 6 months. But this is highly unethical to do.
GAME CHANGER UPDATE- My review didn't post the first time. Since the previous paragraph I did call the store because I was so upset. I spoke with the same person who sold me the phone. He checked the bill and confirmed that the add ons were not supposed to be added on and apologized. He asked if he could use my case to figure out what went wrong and I said yes. He called back and wanted to rectify the situation and added additional credits beyond the refund Verizon gave. I changed my mind, the way this problem was handled has me feeling more positive about this location. He was very apologetic and professional with a sole goal of "making this right". Thank you for fixing the problem beyond my expectations.

Dil was extremely helpful and patient. He helped my mom get a new phone, me get Netflix and hbo max and my son with his hotspot. I would go back to him again for help with Verizon services and products!

The store rep who helped me, Nabil, was a highly conscientious and knowledgeable customer support representative.
He was very courteous and understood what strong customer service is all about.
We experienced several issues with my iPhone trade in (all on the Verizon system end) and Nabil contacted the Verizon service line directly and worked tirelessly to resolve the issues and complete my phone upgrade.
Honestly it was very frustrating day because of all of the Verizon system issues, but thanks to Nabil’s assertiveness and concern, he was able to turn it around for me and make the experience a good one after all.
