You call them on the phone and they say just come in and you can pick up your equipment and I say let’s check the number first and they said you don’t need a number just your name I’m can you check the number anyway sure, yes just come in and we will take care of you. Drive in and no it’s an exchange for a router and a booster, I’m like why would I exchange a booster when I need two of them and they just sent me one. O well you will have to call them and get it straightened out. This has been going on for 6 months now !!!! I’ve spent days on the phone not hrs !!! Worst customer service ever even worse than Verizon !!!! Now I have to get on the phone with them again and after 45 min they pass you along to someone new and they start the process all over again. That’s how disconnected they are from each other. I would never ever get Verizon Fios because once you have a problem your stuck with that problem and all the aggravation that goes with it !!!!!!!! It’s not worth it trust me !!!!!

Nearly the end of the day on Black Friday, I watched him handle three customers while upgrading my phone and double checking on his teammates all at the same time with a smile on his face. I walked out of the store with a new working phone in an hour and 15 minutes and he even made sure it worked with my CarPlay. He and one other associate, Ali, have been with the company for a while and had answers for customers and colleagues alike. I would return to the store for Verizon service for sure based on the service I received!
