I went to this location on Transit Road Sunday 10/19. I was greeted with a smile by Jordan L. and the inquiry what can I do to help you. I proceeded to tell him what had happened with my phone and that I was not able to open up the AAA Class I had signed up for and also ANY email that had a tab to open for further information. Jordan asked how long this has been going on and I said about 10 days. He proceeded to start working on my phone asap. I am also handicapped and walk with a cane, he asked if I wanted to have a seat at the table for my safety and comfort. It wasn't long before he figured out that he had to switch browsers and had my phone up and working so quickly! Jordan was very pleasant, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. I told him I had a few tears in my eyes because he was so helpful and made me have faith in mankind. I would definitely recommend this location and to seek out Jordan for any needs especially a new phone as I am sure that's where I will be when it's time! Jordan should be commended and he is an outstanding employee and great representation of Verizon.

I went into Verizon because my old phone did not seem to want to charge. I met with Greg. Not only did he show me all the available phones that I could upgrade to. He showed me his own personal phone so I could get an example of it. He was nice. Friendly. Funny. Very easy going and was so helpful. He helped me all the way through. I went back to my office to do the setup on the phone and unfortunately it did not work. I had to go back after my work day and Greg again was so helpful. I could tell he was tired from working a long day but still made my trip there enjoyable. You can't hire enough people like him. I normally go to my local Verizon store when I have an issue, but now I'm going to make it a point to go to the Verizon in Buffalo.

I went into this store as a long time verizon customer looking to upgrade my Daughters Phone for her. We spoke with a Guy named Naw who was so helpful making a decision which we decided to wait to see the new Iphone. While I was there Naw looked at my account and asked if I considered a business line. I had told him they are always more expensive. He informed that verizon was reshaping the way they were doing things for business owners and he could put me in touch with a manager.
The Manager I worked with was named David. The service I received was way beyond anything I could of expected.
As a Verizon customer I was always feeling a bit underappreciated especially for what I was paying. There never seemed to be any incentives for staying with Verizon for over 20 years.
The Business Plan saved me money with No catch. I kept waiting to hear a sales pitch and there never was one. It was simply if you have a business with a tax and have 5 or more Lines they can save you some money.
David went above and beyond to take care of me in my specific situation. If it wasnt for Naw at this location taking the time to ask what I do for work and Reviewing my account this deal would never have happened.
I constantly have people telling me how good of a price they get through other vendors. Its nice that I can now share a positive interaction with Verizon.
Also if you are going to buy a tablet elsewhere to use, make sure it isnt a Wi-Fi only Tablet. I bought an I pad at Best buy and didnt know that was even a thing until I took it to verizon.
Every employee at every business will give you a different experience but it seems like Verizon is taking the initiative to ensure their customers and future customers will get excellent treatment at an affordable price.
