The smooth talking Aussie made it sound like he was doing us a personal favor, while all the work was being done by another worker. At the end of all of this, we were not told that the money to pay the phones would take 8-10 weeks to arrive in the form of gift cards to our email address. We waited the 2 months, after paying the total for the phone out of pocket (over 1k) and nothing came. After several phone calls to the main Verizon customer service hub, we finally were told that no one had put in a ticket for us to receive any money at all. I had to jump through hoops and send them vie email all sorts of previous bills and proof and now I get to wait another 4-8 weeks to see if we get anything back. Absolutely terrible. They don't care what happens to you so long as they get their sale. *Edit: The link sent by the owner to resolve this issue was deleted by user. So much for wanting to help resolve this issue. Update: Verizon's customer service in continuing to drag their feet. I've emailed them the itemized bill 5 times! They claim they never got it. All because THIS store location didn't do their job.
