  This place is a secondary Verizon store. They don't know what they are doing and they do things only for the purpose of sales without respect customers. I set up everything with a Verizon rep over the phone, paid the money, and received an email confirmation asking us to go to this store to pick up the device. After we arrived at the store, the store manager cancelled my deal without telling me indicating that the only way we could get the devices was to pay at the store. I confirmed that nothing else would change on the deal I discussed with the Verizon rep except for the payment method. They confirmed. They also didn't get the devices ready and made us to wait for 3 hours to transport devices from other stores. After 3 hours, they told me only 2 devices were ready and we had to choose a different device for the 3rd one. In addition, the bill they showed me was a lot higher than what we discussed with the Verizon rep. It was not acceptable to me as I have confirmed with them that the deal would not change. And of course, they refused to give me the device and cancelled everything on us after 3 hours. We were furious as we wasted our time there from close to 12pm until 3pm for nothing even though everything had been processed through an official Verizon rep over the phone with payment. They are not helping and they only want to boost their sales. They don't care how customers feel. That is the worse service I have ever got from Verizon. I would give zero star if I could. Don't go there.

  My husband and I had to replace our android phones. When we went to a corp Verizon Store, we were not met with a person we were comfortable with. So we left and googled another location and found Russell Cellular. When we came in, Franklin greeted us and took care of us very professionally. He understood our problem and explained the upgrade and option for additional plans. He switched out our phones and enabled us to take our phones to transfer the data and return them for the credit another day. My husband and I had never owned an Apple phone before And Franklin was very patient with us. I would highly recommend this location ,Delaware Avenue in Buffalo to anyone.

  The customer service at this business was disappointing. I felt ignored and undervalued throughout my experience, with slow response times and unhelpful staff who seemed uninterested in resolving my concerns. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Poor service like this not only reflects badly on the business but also makes it unlikely that I’ll return or recommend it to others. A more professional and responsive approach is definitely needed.
