- BTBenjamin TimmelJan 28, 20201.0Place is a rip off told old computer was broken got new one and they said they would transfer info from old to new computer. They messed up the computer and now we have to take it to another repair shop. They charged over 200$ for garbage service.
- SZSteve ZielinskiApr 9, 20192.0Avoid Christine like the plague at the geek squad here! She tried over charging to start with. Then she told me I could pick up my laptop three days later. I was told on the phone would be ten dollars cheaper and I could wait for the laptop. Christine has zero customer service skills and doesn’t seem like she is there to help customers. She also struck up a conversation with a fellow employee while cashing me out about how they apparently dislike they’re boss. So the service provided seems good so far. But the in store customer service by Christine was terrible and if there’s a next time I will be looking for another customer service professional.
