- DKDavid KandlerNov 6, 20195.0I purchased a set of ink cartridges 5 months ago (May 2019) and put them on the shelf for when I needed to replace my ink. When I opened them up recently (November 2019), I found out the boxes were resealed and contained fraudulent cartridges (Re-manufactured Inktopia cartridges and not HP genuine cartridges). I called Best Buy who at first told me the best they could do is 50% off because I was outside of the return policy (which I was). I declined as I felt I deserved a full exchange. After a few days of cooling off because I was now paying 150% for ink cartridges (Who wouldn't be angry), I decided it was better than paying full price again. Upon returning to the store, Best buy did a full exchange and did not charge me extra. Being out of the return policy, Best Buy did not have to accommodate me but this goes to show that their customer service is truly top tier and that Best Buy is always willing to work with the customer when things go sideways.
