I’ve been shopping at Best Buy Buffalo for years, and while the store continues to offer a wide range of products and competitive prices, I’ve noticed a concerning change in recent visits. Compared to before, the staffing levels seem much lower, which has made the shopping experience more frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers increasing staff presence again. A store like Best Buy thrives on knowledgeable employees who can help customers make informed decisions, and restoring that level of service would make a big difference.

This store was fine very small and cramped but employees seemed great and friendly it is attached to mall so got other stores to visit near as well, they were preparing for the holidays when I was there overall good experience I would go again for my electronics needs.

Love the option to pick it out online and then walk in the front door and immediately walk back out with the item already paid. Ready to go. You can even park right at the door for quick pickups like that. Works great for small service jobs when I need a PC or a component that might be in stock. Must be amazing to take advantage of that option for Christmas shopping.

Service took days longer than predicted. Misspelled my last name on a contract for services and did not correct. Assistant manager had no compassion. I will not recommend the Geek Squad in the McKinley Mall.

I went in for a new laptop and was greeted immediately at the door. They called a specialist over (Brandon?) and I explained what I was looking for, and my price range. I'm not a computer expert, and I was treated with respect, not spoken down to. While suggestions were made, I didn't feel high pressure. I recommend Best Buy Hamburg.
