    I usually have no complaints when I go into the Apple Store for assistance , unfortunately today was not the case . My husband and I went in today to get help with his Gmail account . He is hitting a brick wall trying to reset his password and he hadn’t been able to recieve emails on his phone . I will admit we are not the most savvy but on the other hand we aren’t the most unable to figure most stuff out . We left without any success , she spent less than 5 minutes assisting us with no real answers . She was condescending and looked at us like we had : 2 heads . I’m sure we are not the only senior people who need some assistance . Very disappointed and a definite waste of our time ,

    I recently purchased what was supposed to be a brand-new Mac Pro M4 at this store. To my shock, when I set it up and logged in, I discovered that the device appeared to be pre-owned with another account already existing on it. I immediately contacted Apple Support and even escalated to a supervisor, but instead of providing a clear solution, they kept bouncing me back and forth between phone support and the store. The store tells me to come in and exchange it, while support transfers me back to the store. Meanwhile, I’ve already invested hours setting up the machine, backing up data, and configuring everything. I spent two hours standing in line to buy this Mac Pro, only to find myself dealing with poor communication, wasted time, and frustration. This is not the level of service or transparency I expect from Apple, especially when I paid for a brand-new product and ended up with something that feels republished/pre-owned. Apple needs to take this issue seriously. Customers deserve honesty, proper support, and the products they pay for—not runaround answers and excuses.

    I never write negative reviews, but I had a terrible experience today that I feel as though should be made aware. I checked online that the phone I wanted was available and drove there around 5 pm. When I got there, the store didn't have any lines, and we could just walk in. All the technicians were busy helping customers, so I waited until they were free. During this process, I was standing at a table where a technician was helping the people around it, and I was supposed to be next. There was also a line that was formed outside at that point. I have waited about 35 minutes when another worker brought a group of people from the line and asked the technician I was waiting for to help them next, which he said yes to. I was a bit confused and asked the worker that I have been here for awhile and was wondering what I could do to get help. He said just wait a little bit more and started walking away. I felt like I was being brushed off despite asking very politely. So, I asked him if I should keep on standing here, which he responded with "Well, I don't know who you are" and then asked me if I was buying anything. I told him I was buying a phone, and he asked me if I was registered, which I obviously wasn't since I got here before they started the line system. Therefore, I told him no, and he said then go on the line and walked away. I feel as though this was poor customer service on their part, and I felt very disrespected, so I ended up not even buying the phone and leaving. I understand that they are busy with the new release, but it's not so hard to be respectful to your customers.
