She got us up and running and we greatly appreciated it. Will was similarly helpful a few days before that to us. However, there are some people in the Apple Store who do not have great patience with elderly people. If some of the staff are not inclined to work with an older population then mangers should not assign those individuals to senior customers.

- JJJayDec 17, 20251.0Scammers DO NOT TRUST THEM, brought in my phone for a battery replacement.. they break my display screen, fail to install a new battery, tell me my part isn’t in stock and that I have to wait for a new part to come in, then they can replace my screen that they broke along with the battery that I originally wanted replaced. I’ll never go back and I’m filing a complaint with the attorney General and the FTC. The manager was a piece of work and I’ve escalated my complaints with corporate. Just so people are aware, he lied to my face saying I can only get it fixed for free at the Apple Store or in out of luck. Then right after I hang up and call Apple support I’m told by them that the store just created an exception in the system allowing me to get it repaired at any authorized retailer. They’re shady, scummy, and need to be investigated. This is the worst Apple Store I’ve ever been to but it’s in Buffalo NY so go figure, no surprise there.

- WSWilliam SNov 29, 20251.0Apple products have severely lost their quality, I just bought a brand new iPhone 17 pro max and it is garbage, extremely glitchy and freezes up and crashes just like my previous iPhone, I updated because I thought my old phone was old and not working properly, turns out apple products are just junk, overpriced garbage, plus everyone they update they work hard to make these things as confusing as possible, I really want to return this garbage but my 14 days have passed but beware do not bother upgrading because the new ones are just as terrible as the old ones
