  Let me tell y’all something. This is the best cricket store in Buffalo N.Y. When you open the door you get greeted by the best sales person ever ( Jerry ). Very humble and outstanding. He makes you feel like family. I be recommending this store to all my fam & friends. Keep up the good work Jerry. I even sent a thank you gift just to let him know how appreciative I am for giving me a good service.

  Been standing here for 20 mins just to pay a bill while i watch corporate and the manager chit chat about their bills. 2 computers only one worker working 3 in the store and only 2 customers including my self. And boy is the corporate lady lori is rude and nasty smh never coming here again.
