  This store/the employee that tried to scam me should be either fired or shut down COMPLETELY. This guy I believe his name was Hassan. Hassan was very persistent on trying to get me to pay cash for my phone. However I went to Verizon corporate for a second opinion and turns out I had no bills to pay!! Do not go here please he is scamming so many people telling them it’s better to pay in cash to pocket the cash.This store is a SCAM !!!!

  normally not one to leave a review but steven who works here went above and beyond to help me the other day. just a cool dude who made the normally not fun experience of replacing a phone painless. give these guys your business, they deserve it.

  Steven was very helpful and knowledgeable. I list my old phone in Brazil the night before. I needed a phone immediately and he was able to help with everything.

  Traded in my old phone for a new one, everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful! They make a usually annoying process much more pleasant.

  Take your business to any other Verizon in the city but this one. The guy working was impatient for no reason, failed to provide any solid information on any phone, and lacked any social skills to sell a phone.
