- JLJacky Lin3 days ago1.0horrible. Switched to their plans and got new phones with it as well. They not only decided to take the liberty of setting the phone up for me. but screwed it up so back that its now irreversible. There were oily fingerprints all over the screen of my new devices. They messed up the esim installation and now I have 2 phones that both no longer work. On top of that I don't intend on using my new phone yet. But they did it anyway. I've been on with support with 2 different agents on two different devices trying to resolve this for the past 3 hours and nothing. On top of that they keep trying to get me to purchase their services for cloud and stuff. I am this freaking close to switching back to tmobile and leaving this garbage store/company behind. Actually the worst experience I've had with a phone company

She was cordial and Knowledgeable. She was patient and answered my questions and process my reason for visiting.
