    0/10. NEVER SIGN UP IN THIS STORE. Go around the corner to T-Mobile, choose Spectrum, literally ANY other provider will give you less headaches than this. This store resulted in one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had as a customer. After going in to set up an account, they said we had to have the router delivered because they didn't have one in store. Fast forward a week, we never received our router because UPS was unable to deliver. When we called UPS to figure out why, we learned that the Verizon representative put our address in WRONG. UPS informed us Verizon needed to cancel the shipment, when I called this location they told me I had to call UPS — this went back and forth until I went in person and made the guy call UPS in front of me on speaker. It was there made clear he had never called them in the first place. UPS informed him he had to confirm cancellation ... finally he did. Main guy I was dealing with was incredibly rude & unhelpful both over the phone and in person. I told them to cancel my plan & since we never received the router there was no reason he couldn't. As this whole saga is happening, some guy walks out of the backroom and says we can just take a router home. Meaning they had one THE WHOLE TIME. I obviously said no because this whole experience had been less than enjoyable, to put it lightly. They said they would cancel it and confirm via email. This is where I thought this nightmare would be over ... I was wrong. 2 MONTHS LATER we receive an email from Verizon saying our balance for an account WE NEVER USED was due. Called Verizon to cancel that. Then we get another email saying WE HAVE TO RETURN THE ROUTER WE NEVER RECEIVED. Millions of customer service calls & countless hours later, this is finally over. My main advice is: NEVER SIGN UP IN THIS STORE. Go around the corner to T-Mobile, choose Spectrum, literally ANY other provider will give you less headaches than this.

    Kay and Himanshu were SOO helpful and gave me all my options and explained everything so simply! 10/10 recommend this store!

    Avoid if you can! Every single time I visit this location, which has been 3 times, they dont have the equipment I need to pick up. Long wait times and only one employee. Waste of my time every time I visit. Save your time and go to another location instead!!

    Priti helped me replace a phone that was stolen from one of our employees and was extremely helpful. Took about 30 minutes, so in and out very fast. Communicated well and was helpful!

    On September 5th around 10:30 customer service agent was rude and dismissive of my questions. Very misleading. How can this be a licensed Verizon mobile and Fios store where you can sign up for both services but you cant access my account or print my bill
