  Ken was really helpful and attentive to detail, gave very clear explanation about services and all deals. He spent a lot of time with me , made sure I'm satisfied with a service. I got my new line and free phone , feel very happy! I wish all representatives were that great! Always a pleasure to come here!

  Siya is such an amazing girlie please give her a raise. Not only did she info me about an amazing deal in which I got a new phone BUT also an iPad and Apple Watch that I wouldn’t have know about if I didn’t receive her call. On top of that she also followed up made sure everything was okay and when we were having trouble with the website, she called back and got me connected. She really went above and beyond for me and was an PERFECT experience. Hard workers like her is why I stick with Verizon. Please thank her on my behalf. Bests- Aleah

  Amazing customer service: special shoutout to Ajay who so patiently spent about 6 hours with me over the span of several days to figure out the logistics of transferring over from another company, upgrading my phone and opening a second line. He was so knowledgeable, thorough and made sure I got the best deal I was eligible for 🙌 P.S. He even offered me stickers and markers as entertainment while we were stuck on the phone with customer service - gestures like that really made the wait go by in a more enjoyable and cheerful way ❤️

  Siya recovered and revived me as a Verizon client. I came planing to end my new service with Verizon because of all the headaches I was having. But as soon as I walked in the door she got on top of figuring out solutions to all of my problems I was having at other Verizon stores.
