Before heading over, I called the store and was told my order was available and ready. When I arrived, they suddenly couldn’t find my order at all. I ended up wasting nearly two hours while Verizon tried to figure out what happened. No updates, no urgency, no real help. At that point I just canceled the entire line and got a refund. What’s the point of offering “store pickup” if the store has no idea what’s going on? Extremely frustrating experience. I will not be returning to this location.
