But Samrat completely changed that experience. He was patient, clear, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. You can tell he actually cares about making sure people leave with everything working right. He walked me through setup, explained everything without rushing. Whoever’s in charge should know how rare that is, he’s the reason I’d come back or recommend this location.
