Easily the best experience I’ve ever had in a cell phone provider’s store. Miguel and the other gentleman (Sunil?) were both kind, accommodating, and prompt. They took an issue we’d been dealing with for weeks via the phone and online, and solved it in minutes. I walked out with a new phone and my monthly plan costs even less than when I walked in. Don’t go online, go here!

Update: I’ve escalated to FCC, Verizon Business Care and Verizon Social team that Store failed to place me in line queue, pull up my account details , troubleshoot audio and provide receipt for accessory transactions. I was expecting an emailed or p/o receipt.
Miguel and Dave chose not to greet me, I waited 5-8 minutes for eye contact.
They dismiss my concerns. Exhibited selective discriminatory customer service, where they use their biases to scope out who and who not to help.
Dave ignored troubleshooting step, didn’t bother to pull up my account details and wouldn’t offer expertise on choosing the right audio accessory. Refund is pending and I was not given nor emailed a receipt for initial purchase or refund.
A misstep on their part that may now have consumer protection and civil rights agencies involved.

Miguel was amazing, I don’t think I’ve ever had an easy phone upgrade in my life. He made the process so seamless. He told me about all the deals, gave me a discount on my phone case and even threw in a box for my charger because I didn’t have one. Extremely kind and professional. Overall 10/0 experience , I now only care to go to this location for any of my iPhone needs!

I came into the store with a complicated/convoluted carrier transfer issue and Miguel was the most helpful, patient, and thoughtful person in solving a problem that no one else had been able to. I took up at least three hours of his day and he was stuck with me through multiple calls to the other carrier and within Verizon until the issue was resolved. Even when most of the sales reps on these calls said it wasn’t possible. It is silly to be so attached to a phone number, but he really went above and beyond to ensure I could keep it and wasn’t deterred by the many bureaucratic obstacles in the way. So grateful to him!! Thank you, Miguel!! Seriously the best.

Passed by for a checkup on a situation i was dealing with customer service online and the gentlemen in the store were extremely patient and very helpful and got it solved within 10min! even tho an old lady was being very rude, they still took care of both costumers! Thanks Jason and David!
