  wow such a great store. Nabi and Abdullah are so kind. i cam in with a non-verizon issue and they still helped me out! i switched over to verizon the same day because of them!!!

  Shoutout to Nabi at the Avenue U store! I went in for an upgrade and he got me a great deal without any of the usual back-and-forth. Professional, friendly, and very transparent about the pricing. Highly recommend this spot over the bigger corporate stores.

  I recently switched my service from AT&T to Verizon, and I cannot recommend this location enough—specifically because of Nabi. Anyone who has switched carriers knows it can be a total headache, but Nabi handled literally everything for me. He walked me through the entire porting process, ensured my numbers transferred correctly, and helped me pick the best plan for my needs. He stayed patient and professional through all the technical steps and made sure my new phones were fully set up before I walked out the door. If you’re heading to the 314 Avenue U store, definitely ask for Nabi. He’s knowledgeable, efficient, and actually cares about getting the job done right. Five-star service!

  Best Verizon experience I’ve had in a long time. 314 Avenue U is clean, fast, and the staff is incredibly helpful. They helped me upgrade my iPhone and set up my home internet in under 30 minutes. Much better than the bigger corporate stores—highly recommend this location if you’re in the area!
