Nick (who doesn’t even work there anymore) sold me several lines as a “deal” when in fact it’s fraud. I went in person to clear the situation up and was told that I’d get a call back after my account was looked over and never got that call. Then, called the next day to get an update and was told to come back in person by someone different who sounded already irritated. If you hate your job get a new one. Also, why the back and forth. This staff doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing. I had to call Verizon customer service to try and solve this situation.
