We asked just for help with those two lines and that’s it. When we got home and checked our bill, staff at this location signed us up for 6 (?!?!?!) cell phone lines, even though we never asked for that. I’ve now read the reviews for this location and am a bit embarrassed, as it seems this exact thing has happened to elderly clients of the store and others…. I wish I had checked the google reviews first because I never would have come here. Corporate Verizon helped us fix our plan and remove the extra lines, we also flagged this location as fraudulent so they can conduct a full investigation. I recommend not coming here, because something very fishy is going on.
