    Upgraded my phone January 2nd in this location with a staff named Baris. After waiting 1 month for a backordered phone went the location multiple times. Each time they were not helpful. They refused to admit they messed it up. They didn’t explained why phone was not showing up. They made me call Verizon call center and canceling my order. I finally went online and and put a new order. I also realized they bump up my current plan without my knowledge and consent. Please avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your valuable time. Not sure why they are even exist in first place when you can do everything online without getting scammed.

    We came in to switch carriers and get new phones with Verizon, and Soha helped us throughout the process. I had a lot of questions, and she answered every one patiently and kindly while doing her best to find the plan that worked best for us. All of the staff at this location were also very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this location because of the amazing team!

    I wish I can put 0 stars. The customer service was horrible and one of the worst experiences I ever had in my life. I came here to switch my service I had T-Mobile and wanted to switch to Verizon after this horrible treatment I got I will not be switching. He was screaming at me and wasted my time more than 2 hours waited and he wasted my time. After I went to him he told me I needed to make an appointment after he opened my new phones that were sealed. Never will come here again neither should you guys. Thanks to them I won’t be switching my service now. Thank you

    The bottom portion of my screen stopped working after I accidentally dropped my phone in the water while kayaking. After trying to live with the issue for a couple of months, I finally made it into the store to look at replacement options. I was quickly greeted by Baris Yilmaz, who verified that I was eligible for an upgrade and patiently guided me through the entire process. Baris was personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure all of my accounts, information, and photos transferred successfully from my old phone to the new one. I’m relieved to finally have a fully functional phone after putting it off for far too long. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience and really appreciate the support provided by Baris.

    I visited this Verizon store location with my mother, for help upgrading a phone. We signed in on the waitlist as instructed, and waited upwards of 45 minutes, while employees actively ignored us and helped customers that arrived after us. At 7pm, as the store was closing and we had still not been helped (and employees began to leave), one of the employees, Jamal, became very rude and obnoxious, insisting that it was our fault for having waited so long to be helped. He called my mother nasty and said it was our mistake for coming into the store instead of upgrading the phone ourselves online. We left without being helped. Although this is not the first time we’ve had issues with this specific store, this kind of behavior from employees is completely unacceptable and deplorable. Jamal should not be dealing with customers or representing Verizon. As loyal customers of over 20 years, we will certainly not be returning to this Verizon store location in the future (8524 5th Ave, Brooklyn NY 11209).
