Came inside on a Saturday afternoon. Lady at the door greeted me. So far so good. Then she said to check in on the tablet. OK done. Then I got the shock of my life l, when it said there was 11 people ahead of me. 3 reps working on a Saturday afternoon, 11 people ahead of me. So i left.

If I could leave negative Stars I would but it's not an option the worst experience I've ever had really unprofessional bordering incompetent. Besides charging for things that they didn't provide they made a mistake and tried to charge me for it and force me to take a phone that I didn't want or have to pay a $50 fee for their mistake. I would never renew with Verizon or recommend anybody to do business with them as soon as this contract is over I'm done with Verizon. And if you have any business that you must do with Verizon do not visit this store!!

Disappointing, very disappointing! I ordered a new phone to pick up at the store, the guy said it will be ready on Friday. Okay, I checked in the app if it's ready on Friday - it showed no, I called Verizon Customer Service they said no it's not ready to pick up, but tomorrow it will be and you have 3 days to pick up it. Okay okay, but today on Saturday I see in the app "order was cancelled because nobody showed up on Nov 15". Guys what going on it's a Saturday Nov 15 1:30 pm and you already cancelled, yesterday it was not ready but today you cancelled? Not even waiting gor 3 days...

I want to share my experience at the Verizon store on Kings Highway in Brooklyn, especially since it was very different from some of the low-rated reviews I saw. From the moment I walked in, the manager on site was friendly, professional, and accommodating—not just with me, but with every customer who came through the door while I was there. My sales rep Oleg, was absolutely amazing. He helped me adjust my bill, walked me through all my options, and made sure I left with everything I wanted and more. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful beyond compare. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend this location. 5 stars.

The staff was polite and helpful, but the way this location is managed and organized is chaotic and inefficient. This was my first time in a Verizon store and it was an unnecessarily confusing frustrating experience. It was open concept with a techno-cafeteria feel to it. Walking in, there was a podium in the front with two monitors: one playing ads and the other was off. I looked around to figure out whom I should ask about returning a modem. I had to identify employees by checking for a name badge somewhere on their person and seeing who was wearing a tablet. I found an employee. He signed me in using his tablet and told me someone would call my name. I wondered around to the front on the store where there were a handful of seats and a group of confused looking people waiting to be assisted. When someone came out and started calling names, people swarmed him asking questions. Turns out at least half of them were never signed in. Another employee came to the front and said people should be using the tablet in the front to sign in. Turns out he was referring to the monitor that was off. After about 20 minutes, someone came straight over to me and asked about the modem I was returning. No one called my name so it's likely the person who signed me in pointed me out. The person who assisted me was great. Polite, professional, friendly, etc. After about another 10 minutes, I was on my way. I'm not sure if all Verizon stores use this format, but if they do they need to reconsider. Something as simple as having basic signage and a customer greeter would solve a lot of issues and make a huge difference in better efficiency and an improved customer experience.
