My parents both had issues with Verizon this month and went in person to a store in their respective states and were able to be helped, so I thought I may have the most success talking to a human in person. This woman didn't actually try to help, she saw that the numbers were different at checkout and just looked at me blankly, and without checking anything on her end just told me to call customer service. I'm not sure what the point of having a store paying NYC rent is if the employees are not actually there to help you. It was a useless interaction. Do not waste your time.
