I was gonna crash out after the interaction I had with the first employee but Jakia kindly stepped in, handled my issues, and was simply a NICE person the whole time. Most of the employees here care about customer service (except the first one) - great store!

This Verizon location is severely mismanaged. The store manager was rude, dismissive, and demonstrated a complete lack of competence. An order was processed without my authorization, which is a serious breach of trust and basic business standards. To make matters worse, we were unnecessarily detained because they were unable to correct errors they themselves created. The entire situation reflected poor training, poor judgment, and a shocking lack of professionalism. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and entirely avoidable. Verizon should seriously reconsider who they put in charge of representing their brand.

Had a horrible experience at this specific store. George was extremely incompetent with a simple task and lacked the personal skills to be a customer representative. He also was not helpful and could not even get a manager and told me that the manager was on call till 5pm and they closed at 5pm so he couldn’t get them. Pretty sure he didn’t even try. All I was trying to do was trade in a phone that had already been processed and this specific store was the one I had designated. If you go to this store definitely hope you don’t come across George or you will get nowhere and probably leave ending up super frustrated. All I was given was to call customer service and ask for a shipping label to then send the phone through ups. Even though I traveled to this specific store and had the phone literally right in my hand at that very moment

FRAUDLENT ACTIVITY TIED TO THIS STORE!
There was fraudulent activity on my Verizon account out of this store. Someone ordered (2) Apple Watches and (2) iPhones on my account at 6:33pm and the items were picked up by 6:38pm which leads me to believe this was an inside job at this location. Someone in this store allowed unauthorized equipment to be picked up without asking for ID. This needs to be investigated internally!!
