Very disappointed with this location, on Jan 13 we did a online upgrade without trade-in for my iPhone because our wedding was on 15 and I wanted to have a new phone for that special day, we decided to set it up for pick up because it was supposed to be the fastest way to get it on time before 15, the order wasn’t ready to pick up even on 15, we never receive a text message, a email or any way saying that the phone was ready, we try to call Verizon customer service, very helpful they connected us with the manager of the store, whom talk to us in a very disrespectful way over the phone and say he couldn’t find the order and said the store was “packed” and hang up the phone, we ended up having to go to the store on 17 (already 4 days since order and 2 days later to our wedding, the main reason we were doing the upgrade) to see if we could get the phone, we got frustrated since the first moment we got into the place there were just 4 customers, and they see to don’t be able to handle it, very hostile place, zero costumer service, we were standing there without being help, after 10 min the employee Jae come to us, and escalated the situation talking to us very obnoxious saying “do you need my help or no” (no Jae we do not need your help we need you to do your job) after as so much taking our name and see our orders in her iPad she just went back and seat down with the same costumer she had being all the time we were in the store, after another 15 min another person ask us again our names, and check the orders, she brings one of the orders (which was ordered on 17, the same day) and she give me that one and practically try to get rid of me, I was confused because there were supposed to be two cellphones, I asked her and she responded “that order was cancelled” then her manager a very rude childish man, (who come with my new phone in his hands) repeated to us that our order was canceled and he can not give me the phone, we asked him why it was canceled and he blame us for not picked it up in 72 hours from the order day, which we respond how we could have possibly come within 72 hours if in the app still saying that is preparing for pick up (it was never ready for pick up) We asked him for a proof of cancelation to what he respond they don’t have any way to do it cause it was cancelled by Verizon corporation not the store, I was really annoying by this situation, I decided to call Verizon customer service right in the spot, and I checked if the order was cancelled which Verizon respond that it wasn’t, I went to the manager and I ask the Verizon representative to repeat the status of my order, when the manager heard this he just pull my personal phone from my hand without my permission and started talk to the representative, saying lies and denied customer service to us, we were over this situation and we just left, we do not need this type of attitude, after that we had to be all day on the phone trying to cancel that order to that store because in fact is was not cancelled and I couldn’t order again until the cancellation was done, still we did cancel but now I don’t have the offer without trade-in, after more of two year being customer of Verizon this experience really made me wonder the professionalism of this company, how they can have employees like this, even if it is a franchise they still representing Verizon and the employees in this location just act like the CEO’s of it, putting Verizon name really low, seriously considering to change my account with more than 5 lines to another carrier.
