- ELEddy LeroyJul 22, 20253.0The guy Brandon who did my service activation must be up to something because I’m unable to utilize the Disney+ incentive due to false information in my account. First there was an email on my account that starts with a J that blocked me from being able to register my email to the account and I had to call customer service. Then after correcting the email on my account, there was a new name “Leon Thomas” on the account that I had to change. Now that I’m trying to activate my Disney+ incentive again, I’m being told I have to wait 30 days to actually use it because of the turnaround time (due to me having to change the email on my account which I shouldn’t have had to do to begin with). The service overall is frustrating and honestly I could’ve just stayed with T-Mobile who offers Netflix, Hulu, Apple +, AND unlimited 5G hotspot. I couldn’t take advantage of the IPhone 13 offer because they didn’t have any of the phones in store lmfao. I was trying to give Total wireless a chance because the incentives seem great, however it’s just pure frustration. The actual service works pretty decently, but utilizing any of the incentives is a headache and they’re obviously just there to draw you into using the service. If you want decent basic service then go for it, but the incentives are just hype.
