  Never called never send a texted message. They said that they were here, I had 5 people waiting for them. They lied and got lazy and cancelled my appointment and rescheduled 3 weeks from now. To make it better, Best Buy has the worse customer service ever. Just don’t buy from them

  ABSOLUTELY SCAM! I needed a new laptop screen replacement, they were charging me 400 dollars!? The screen itself only costs 70$ but their whole shipping costs more than the screen itself(85$), then I went to a different store and they fixed it for 1/4th of their price, THEY EVEN offered me a upgrade to 120hz which costed 30 more dollars but was very worth it. I highly recommend not going here

  Geek Squad Nightmare: Lost Data, Unresolved Issues, and Unprofessional Service I entrusted Geek Squad with a seemingly simple task: transferring files from three laptops to an external hard drive. However, this experience turned into a nightmare. Upon receiving my devices back, I was devastated to find that all my data, including irreplaceable photos and documents, had been wiped clean from both the original laptops and the external hard drive. When I contacted Geek Squad, their response was both dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to take responsibility for the lost data or offer a refund. Despite canceling my subscription, I continued to be charged for their services year after year. After hours of frustrating phone calls and endless repetitions of my complaint, I finally managed to cancel the subscription again. This ordeal has caused me immense emotional distress and financial loss. The data that was lost holds sentimental value and is irreplaceable. I strongly caution others against using Geek Squad's services, as their incompetence and lack of accountability have made them feel more like scammers than a reputable tech support company.
