It look like they have all the TCL models mix up. They have a qm7k set up as qm8k and a qm7k that is not a qm7k . Most of the associate have no ideal which model is which. I even show a small qm8k that they have on display to 1 of the associate asking him this is a qm8k with slim metal bazel and Bang @ Oflusen speakers? but he asuré me that that was a qm6k and that all the tcl models come with Bang and Oflusen speakers and he has sold a lot of them. I think they need more training or maybe i am wrong.
