    This was a terrible experience with Best Buy. I ordered a TV that was listed as an open-box item in good condition. After picking it up from the store and bringing it home, I opened the box and discovered that it didn’t include the power cable and the remote. I contacted customer support, and they told me to go back to the store and simply show the ticket number they gave me in the chat. They assured me I wouldn’t need to explain anything again, because the store already knew what happened and would immediately provide the missing cable and remote. However, when I arrived at the store and showed the ticket number at the counter, not only did I have to explain the entire situation all over again, but the employees also told me they had no information about the chat conversation. On top of that, they said they didn’t have the cable or the remote and that I would need to return the TV for a refund. So I had to drive back home again to get the TV and bring it back, even though none of this was my fault. I wasted a lot of time, and in the end, nothing was resolved

    It was late at night and i had a few pickups. But andrew was really patient and made it really easy since there were a lot of order numbers. Super friendly and was in and out!
