After seeking information for a couple of days and finally picking a TV, I began placing an order but needed 10 minutes to decide on soundbar they were upselling. When I returned 15 minutes later to complete sale, the competent and more professional employee left for the day. I had a few more questions and had to complete sale with other salesman there. If not for Jodi, I wouldn’t have gone back to this stores location. She was very knowledgeable and informative. I could not believe how I was treated and disregarded so unprofessionally and incompetent by the other employee(s). The sale was completed and he walked away without a single word to state it was completed. Just walked away. No receipt or anything. Not only did he show he didn’t want to answer my questions and was abrupt, but ì had to chase after him to ask for a receipt and if we were done! He said it was emailed but I asked for paper receipt to confirm. I got to my car and realized the receipt has a different delivery date on it, not the discussed (and in product description online) date for Saturday delivery. I cannot take off from 13 hr shift on Monday and wouldn’t have ordered it. After the very poor taste this treatment left me with, and inept service (even with call center), I had to cancel entire order. Even that was improperly done for the gentleman cancelled only the tv but not the soundbar. I will be following up to make sure I get all my money back after cancelling order 55 minutes after placing it. I would have given 1 star if not for Jodi. Best Buy should be more accurate regarding delivery date, online as well. Unnecessary frustration topped with unprofessional ans rude treatment is the summary here. I went nearby and ordered the TV I wanted. Avoid this store if be possible and go the extra distance to a different store. Best Buy has deteriorated with its services.

George was absolutely amazing and truly made me love the customer experience since the beginning of this purchase. He welcomed me, listened carefully, and even while handling three other customers, he still managed to help me with my order of three TVs and finally solved the issue after 9:30 pm. From my perspective, he deserves to be a manager.
However, the manager JJ really needs to be changed. He welcomed me and took my inquiry, but was unable to help. He cancelled my order to “check” if what I wanted was available, but couldn’t even clearly explain that I would still be using my store credit. Instead of taking ownership as a manager, he just sent me to go find George in this huge store, without giving George any context about my situation or what needed to be done for the 3 TVs. We lost 1h for back and worth. I felt like he wanted to get ride of me and he right away rush to his phone.
On top of that, his attitude came across as very lazy. We had to walk around the store looking for him again when we needed help with the credit, because he had disappeared instead of staying engaged with the problem and for multiple times. At several moments, he was just standing around on or near his phone, while George was actually working, helping multiple customers at once and still trying to fix my issue. Going to the stock and trying to solve the issue.
We ended up losing about an hour because JJ, as a manager, did not do the minimum to solve the problem or support his team. In summary:
⭐️ George = 5-star service, went above and beyond and handled everything like a real leader.
⚠️ JJ (manager) = unhelpful, disengaged, and too lazy to properly assist customers or his staff.

I was able to catch one of the employees by the name of George, who not only helped me out in regards to the product, but had to stop an brewing altercation between an employee and a customer. While en route to look for what I needed, he was stopped by another customer who needed assistance and he respectfully asked them to wait. His whole demeanor was extremely professional. I didn't wait very long, or long at all. When he couldn't find it, he explained that the product should be in store based on the tag, it just might be at checkout.
After going to checkout, the cashier that took me (she was professional as well) did her best to look for the product I was asking for. After not being able to find it, she told me what I could do and I might just take her advice.
I just wanted to say that even though I didn't walk out with what I came there for, I genuinely appreciated being helped by George first and foremost, and the next employee. I wish I asked for her name

There's a salesperson selling mobile phone plans in the middle of the store since it's always 2003 in a Best Buy. He's the only person who will speak to you. Everyone else ducks you like it's their job. If you need anything where customer service is a thing, go to B&H. If you don't need customer service, Amazon.

BestBuy really ought to be renamed WORST BUY. They should be ashamed of their disgraceful customer service! I am a small landlord, I own 2 multiple-family houses in Brooklyn. I have bought DOZENS of major appliances from BB over the years. NEVER AGAIN!! Last month I bought a nice-looking Frigidaire gas oven from the Atlantic Station BestBuy & I paid for & scheduled the installation. BestBuy never showed up--they did not even call or notify me, just a no-show. When I called, BestBuy said they do not do gas appliance installs. So I rescheduled the delivery and had my boiler plumber do the installation a few days later. But first I called BB and specifically asked them if they'd make an exception in their return policy (normally a mere 14 days) since this whole installation mess had been their fault in the first place. It took a 2+ hour phone call, but they finally agreed to do a 30-day return on the gas oven. So when this oven proved faulty just 3 weeks after delivery--there was an explosion and strong smell of gas--I called Best Buy to return it ... and they refused. I reminded them they'd assured me of a 30-day return window b/c it was BB who stood me up on the install--no beans. BB records their phone conversations, so I gave them the exact date & time of the call for them to retrieve & listen to the recorded call. They refused even to listen to the phone conversation. WorstBuy has zero concept of customer service, and of safety. My tenants could have died! I am speaking with my lawyer about suing them.
