Two employees, Adam and Lenin, helped me so much with incredible kindness, patience, and availability. They truly did their best to make sure I found exactly what I needed. I also want to give a special shout-out to another team member whose name I didn’t catch — I’ll call him “Spiderman” 😄. My PC was on a very high shelf, and thanks to his skills (and a lifter), he managed to get it down safely. Mission accomplished! Amazing customer service, great teamwork, and a very positive experience overall. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, guys!

Though the helpline told me you can go to any store to get it sorted out. And, idk why I got only 25$ refunded from the 180$ of the total membership even though I didn't use it, and it was active for only 4 days.
