    Great store if you know what you're looking for. The help is hit or miss, I've had some knowledgeable staff help me and at other times I've dealt with clueless employees that I don't understand how they have a job there.

    Visited the day after christmas no one was working in the appliance dept. I was advised to wait on a line for customer support. And needed to request service. I need to ask someone to help me spend my money in your establishment. Make it make sense

    I had a great experience at Best Buy today while looking for a PC game. Two employees, Adam and Lenin, helped me so much with incredible kindness, patience, and availability. They truly did their best to make sure I found exactly what I needed. I also want to give a special shout-out to another team member whose name I didn’t catch — I’ll call him “Spiderman” 😄. My PC was on a very high shelf, and thanks to his skills (and a lifter), he managed to get it down safely. Mission accomplished! Amazing customer service, great teamwork, and a very positive experience overall. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, guys!

    Went into the store to inquire about a bill. The manager didn't even look at the bill but said "this is from Rego Park. I don't know." And, walked away. Though the helpline told me you can go to any store to get it sorted out. And, idk why I got only 25$ refunded from the 180$ of the total membership even though I didn't use it, and it was active for only 4 days.
