    We had a screen break and had AMAZING customer service from Franco and the rest of the Apple team. So glad to have visited the location to get our Apple care service - thank you again Franco!

    Disappointing treatment of a customer who just purchased a brand new Macbook Air for $1200. First Mac was bricked from the box. When I returned it for a replacement, it became clear that this was a repackaged broken unit. Not sure how that happened, but there are unfortunate ethics going on there. When the replacement launched into a software update as I had to leave, the store and employees refused to accommodate. One employee told me to shut the laptop down in the middle of the update. When I refused, he gave me attitude and then walked off. Thankfully another employee course corrected, but rather clumsily. No way to treat customers at a store that brands itself as Apple does. I would not suggest anyone shop here. There's clearly mismanagement going on.

    Ben my Apple genius was amazing he not only got to the root of the issue but explained everything every step and made me feel extremely comfortable and homey. Will visit this location over downtown Brooklyn any day

    The Store is very clean and aesthetic. Plenty of staff offering help. Interesting mix of clients at this time. Anxious babies raised by ai. Love the sound quality on the new Airpods Max. There was a screaming child with red hair the pitch was deafening, it went through with the New Airpods Max. But the noise isolation blocked off the noise. The mother reinforces the childs screams with the phone. lol that should be a fun case for doctors to discuss over drinks when that child tries to adopt to the physical world.

    I had a 4:00pm appointment because my phone stopped charging and eventually stopped turning on. The technician Jordy began helping me and provided me with a loaner phone while my phone was sent off to be repaired. He told me I would need to have enhanced security turned off so he could port my number to the loaner phone, or I could go to my carrier and have it done. I told him I wanted to do it here because I did not want to have to find an AT&T store with no gps/ phone. I called my sister who is the account holder to have her turn the enhanced security on and he told me he was going to go help someone else and come back once she had it turned on. He went to help another person and then went to the back for 30+ minutes (maybe he went on break or something idk) and when he returned to the floor did not even come back to check in until almost 20 minutes later when I flagged him down. I assume he figured I would just leave and go to AT&T (even though I told him I did not want to do that) but While he was gone I realized the loaner phone he gave me did not work and turned on an off over and over while overheating. I let him know that, he did some tests on the phone and told me he would have to send me to another store. I told him which one I would rather go to and he told me he would have to call them for me , but first he was going to help someone else out. At this point I had already been there for 2 hours. It would make more sense to get me squared away by making whatever call you needed to make than to go help someone who came in after me , especially after leaving me to wait for you for 30+ minutes while you went on break or whatever it was he did and not even coming back to finish the job until I flagged you down . He made an already inconvenient situation even more inconvenient and now frustrating, to the point that I ended up just walking out with no loaner phone and going home because I did not have another 2 hours to spend, especially when it did not seem to be a priority for him. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time!
